Roadside Service Policy

Rapid Roadside provides mobile roadside assistance services throughout the Houston area.
By requesting service, customers agree to the following service policies.
Dispatch Policy
Once a technician has been dispatched to your location, the service fee becomes non-refundable.
Dispatching a technician requires time, fuel, and scheduling resources.
Wait Times
Estimated arrival times are provided as a courtesy but may vary due to:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather conditions
- Road closures
- Prior service calls
- Emergency situations
Rapid Roadside cannot guarantee exact arrival times.
Location Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate service location information.
If incorrect information is provided and a technician must travel to a different location, additional service fees may apply.
Vehicle Accessibility
Customers must ensure the vehicle is:
- Accessible
- Legally parked
- Safe for service
Technicians may refuse service if conditions are unsafe.
Service Refusal
Rapid Roadside reserves the right to refuse service if:
- The vehicle presents a safety hazard
- The situation is outside the scope of roadside assistance
- The vehicle requires mechanical repair beyond roadside services
