2. Payment Terms & Conditions
- Service Fee: A standard trip and dispatch fee will apply to all service calls. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of service completion, if a technician has been dispatched.
- Pricing & Charges: Service rates vary depending on location, time, and service type. All charges are provided up front and must be accepted before a technician is dispatched.
- Final Charges: Once a service is rendered or a technician has arrived on site, all charges are final and non-refundable, regardless of outcome or client satisfaction.
- Payment Due: Full payment is due at the time of service. Services will not be rendered without payment confirmation.
- Credit Card Authorization: By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon amount to your card on file for services requested.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations must be made before a technician is dispatched. If a technician has already been dispatched to your location, the non-refundable dispatch fee will still be charged.
- If a client is unresponsive, not present upon technician arrival, or fails to provide access to the vehicle, this will be treated as a no-show, and all applicable charges will apply.
4. Service Limitations
- We do not offer towing, fuel delivery, flat tire assistance, or vehicle key replacement services.
- Our services are limited to lockout assistance and mobile locksmith support for vehicles. We do not guarantee access in all cases, particularly in rare instances where extreme vehicle damage or non-standard locking mechanisms are present.
5. Warranty & Disputes
- We do not offer warranties on parts or services.
- We do not process refunds or chargebacks once a technician has arrived or a service has been rendered.
- Any disputes related to billing must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service. However, once service has been rendered or a trip has been made, charges remain non-refundable.
