1. Services Provided
Rapid Roadside provides roadside assistance services including, but not limited to:
- Battery testing and replacement
- Jump starts
- Tire changes
- Tire Replacements
- Lockout assistance
- Fuel delivery
- Minor roadside assistance services
Services are provided based on technician availability and location. We reserve the right to refuse service if a situation is deemed unsafe or outside the scope of our services.
2. Battery Replacement & Warranty
Certain batteries purchased through Rapid Roadside may include a manufacturer or service warranty. Full details of battery coverage, limitations, and claim procedures are outlined on our Battery Warranty Terms page. Customers should review that page for full warranty details. Rapid Roadside is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions or claims outside the warranty guidelines.
3. No Refund Policy
All roadside services are final once the technician has been dispatched or the service has been completed.
Due to the nature of roadside assistance services, no refunds will be issued after a technician has been sent to the service location.
If a service cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to unsafe conditions, incorrect customer information, or inaccessible vehicles), service fees may still apply.
4. Service Limitations
Rapid Roadside is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing mechanical issues
- Damage caused by vehicle condition prior to service
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, or emergency situations
- Additional mechanical failures discovered after service
Our technicians perform services in good faith based on visible conditions at the time of service.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate service location and vehicle information
- Ensure the vehicle is legally accessible
- Remain present during service unless otherwise arranged
- Follow technician safety instructions
- Failure to provide correct information may result in additional service fees.
6. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Houston TX Roadside shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Privacy Policy
Rapid Roadside respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share customer personal information with third parties except as necessary to:
- Complete a requested service
- Process payments
- Comply with legal obligations
Customer information collected may include name, phone number, location, and vehicle details for the purpose of providing roadside services.
